Ken is a veteran biopharmaceutical executive with over 2 decades of commercial leadership across both emerging and established companies. He brings deep expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle planning, launch and execution spanning topical, small molecules, and injectable biologic agents in competitive markets.

Ken previously served as CCO at ACELYRIN and Arcutis Biotherapeutics, leading product launches, IPO readiness, and commercial buildouts. His earlier roles at Gilead, Amgen, and Pfizer shaped a deep foundation in brand strategy, sales leadership, and market development across diverse therapeutic areas. Ken holds an MBA from Cornell University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
